In 2020, arteventura took an important step forward and established the arteventura Foundation in Belgium.
Our mission is to support artists by giving them time and space to realize new projects.
Who are the friends of arteventura?
Philanthropists who, as a friend of arteventura, want to be involved in this magical place, where artists wander and get inspired. Where they are engaged in research and development, take risks and create new and adventurous work. Friends of arteventura are people with a warm heart for art. Together with us, you become an ambassador of the project and you make art happen.
Friends of arteventura contribute 165 euro/year and enjoy a whole host of privileges and benefits exclusively reserved for the friends of arteventura.

Thanks to your financial support, arteventura can offer talented artists a free residency. In addition, we can support promising projects submitted by artists and also publish their work, produce publications, multiples, organise exhibitions and events to give present artists more visibility,…

• A stay at the Finca in one of the guest rooms
Only friends of arteventura have the opportunity to stay at the finca and experience the ins and outs of the project. Arteventura is not a regular travel destination, as the residences are exclusively for the artists, working in peace and quiet. The finca is the perfect hideaway for artlovers who are looking for tranquility and silence!
Friends of arteventura are welcome to book a guest room(s) in the main house, build on top of the finca. Here you have a wonderful view on the lake and the sloping hills with evergreen cork- and holm oaks. The guest rooms have a private entrance and terrace. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen, build in an old ruin and situated on a quiet place is always available to all residents. The infinity pool keeps you cool on hot summer days.
A night for 2 in a double room costs 95 euro (1 is a member). Minimum 3 nights. On request we serve your breakfast on the terrace of the main house, while you enjoy the stunning view over the landscape: 11 euro/person. Staying at the Finca is possible from 15 May till 15 October.

As a friend of arteventura you are welcome to visit the project that includes a lunch for two.
Together with the residents, arteventura will create annual publications and multiples (limited editions).
As a friend of arteventura you can be the first to subscribe, and you will get a discount off 10%.

“I am a glitch in the system”, publication in cooperation with Marius Ritiu. An insight into the progress of his work at arteventura for an exposition at Antwerp Art 2021. The publication is available at DMW gallery in Antwerp and at Slag Gallery in New York.

Contribute to the arteventura artist grants and donate 1.250 euro/year.
The arteventura foundation aims to offer free residences. This donation will be used exclusively to finance the grants. Depending on how many donations we receive, we can extend the grants. Contributing to these grants also means that you will enjoy all the advantages of the friends of arteventura.
Become a sponsor of the project and donate a minimum of 2.000 euro/year.
As a sponsor, your name and/or logo will be mentioned as a partner on the website, the invitations and the publications. This also means you will get involved in everything that’s happening at arteventura. Technically you will become family. And of course you will enjoy the same benefits as the friends of arteventura.
